The table above details the planned and proposed future office supply on the Sunshine Coast. This is
anticipated to reflect:

     A total of 190,560 sq.m proposed new supply of commercial office floor space between 2014 and
      2026. This floorspace includes those commercial office projects that are currently proposed within
      Maroochydore as well as the proposals within other Sunshine Coast commercial office centres. On a
