       I hope this email finds you well.

       We wish to provide a comprehensive summary of the recent survey conducted among the members and residents of

       Noosa Springs concerning the proposed hotel development. We believe the survey results offer valuable insights into the
       community’s perspective on this project. That the majority of local residents and members of Noosa Springs are clearly in
       favour of the hotel.

       Based upon informal feedback, GH Properties held the belief that and the majority of local residents and members of
       Noosa Springs either support or are neutral about the development of the hotel, regardless of the number of submissions.
       Representations made by submitters who coordinated the preparation of a proforma objection, they actively solicited

       submitters signatures and lodged those with Council, they claimed they represented the views of a large proportion of the
       local community. However, this is at odds with our anecdotal evidence.

       To confirm the true sentiment from the local community and communicate those expectations to Council and Councillors,
       we initiated the survey.

       Questionnaire:

       The questionnaire was designed to be simple and straightforward for easy review and understanding. It was undertaken
       by managers of Noosa Springs personally in various operational departments including golf, fitness, swimming pool and
       restaurant. The survey data was recorded online and analysed by GH managers.

       The survey included the following questions:
        Do you agree with the proposed hotel (responses either Yes, No or Neutral)
        If a participant response was “No”, please let us know your current issues.
        If the issue/s are clarified further, would you change your mind? (Yes or No)
        Name requested and whether consent to being disclosed to Council.

       We believe that neutral respondents who did not provide specific reasons for opposing the development can generally be
       considered in favour of the development as they are not concerned by its approval.
