    I am making a submission in support of the above application for uses on 139 Eumundi Rd
    Noosavilie.

    The application   material which has been submitted        details a range of uses which I think are part of
    what you would see within an Industrial area. How we do business now within industrial areas is
    changing with a range of different     businesses occurring and the uses proposed in the planning report
    are a good mix and outcome.

    The benefits I see in the proposed uses are,

        •   Convenience in its location on Eumundi Rd and Lionel Donovan Drive, making the stop to
            grab fuel, some items from the shop or lunch from the cafe. This will make it easier
            particularly    travelling to and from work;
        •   A service station and shop on good access routes so we don't have to travel "into town" with
            our larger work vehicles, other options in locality are an unmanned fuel depot that is
            inconvenient     to access;
        •   When getting tyre or mechanical work undertaken           in auto park we can walk to a cafe to grab
            a coffee, at present there is no cafe option in the auto park;
        •   The uses are those what you would expect in the locality; and
        •   Opportunities     for new businesses to establish in Noosa.
