Dear Sir,

RE: OPW 13/0022: 2 Lot Subdivision at 411 Black Pinch Road, Cootharaba

Further to our information request response of 13-9-13 we have additional information that we
expect will be sufficient to obtain an Operational Works Approval.

Bond Payment:
We advise that the bond has been paid.

PLSL:

A costing for works is enclosed which is below $80,000 therefore PLSL is not required.

Driveway Construction:

We propose the following amendment to surface treatments to reduce construction costs and
comply with the intent of REC Condition 18:

Construct the driveway from CH15-75 (steepest section>12%) with:

i. 125mm thick N32 concrete with SL72 mesh (provide 75mm minimum sub-base
pavement under concrete if subgrade CBR value=<6) at 3m width with 0.5m shoulder
on low side (3.5m total width)

The remaining section. at CHO-15 and CH75-122.9 (grades less than 12%) will be 150mm
thick gravel (to match existing driveway construction, distance to nearest house is. >40m).

Please advise if any other matters are outstanding.
