 Intensive horticulture       If within:
                              (a) ​ an Industry zone—
                                     (i) ​ one space per 50m2 up to
                                            500m2; and
                                     (ii) ​ one space per 100m2 in
                                            excess of 500m2
                              (b) ​ the Rural or Rural Residential
                                     zone— sufficient spaces for the
                                     intended use




 Permanent plantation         Sufficient spaces for the intended use




 Roadside stall               One space




 Rural industry               (a) ​ one space per 50m2 up to 500m2;
                                    and
                              (b) ​ one space per 100m2 in excess
                                    of 500m2




 Wholesale nursery            (a) ​ one space per 100m2; or
                              (b) ​ five spaces whichever is the
                                    greater
