We wish to make a submission,regarding the broiler farm ,at 136 Top
Forestry Rd ,Black Mountain.(MCU 12/0104) We cannot see any changes
,made by the applicant,that will make the proposal appropriate. The
trucks are still big,the roads are still too narrow for these trucks.
The Land is totally unsuitable ,for a chicken farm. The odour
,noise,dust,contamination of drinking water,pollution of run off water,
potential disease,makes the proposal all wrong.Nobody in the Shire will
benefit from the proposal (Jobs) and everyone in the area ,will be
impacted by the proposal. We ,ask ,that the proposal be REJECTED.
