EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Overall year to date financial performance to March 2018 remains on track against budget, with
operating revenue slightly above budget and operating expenditure marginally below budget.
Adjustments to the budget have been proposed as part of Budget Review 3 (BR3) to address any
emerging items and current specific variances, as outlined in a separate report to this meeting.
