The following chart monitors the year-to-date trend on total cash and the agencies invested. During
March, $6 million in commercial term deposits matured which were reinvested into new commercial
term deposits. A further $4 million has also been invested between QTC and commercial term
deposits based on forecast working cash requirements between now and the next rates issue in
July.

Actual interest revenue for January was $146k with a weighted average yield of 2.3%, which
reflects a positive return compared to the industry benchmark (Bloomberg AusBond Bank Bill
Index) of 1.71%.
