your property due to the above mentioned development approval.

As an infrastructure charge is issued as a “rate” against the property, the ultimate
responsibility for ensuring payment is made by the due date for the development, lies with

the property owner.

Please take special note of the important information contained in the “Infrastructure
Charges Information Notice” particularly in relation to items 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4.
