Log in to see the plans as drawn5. WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Refer to the Preliminary Sanitary Drainage Layout Plan for the waste water plumbing layout for
the Car Washing process on Sh: H1 of the Application Drawings. This plan details how the waste
effluent water for the car wash is to be plumbed. During the construction documentation stage,
the additional plumbing for the Car Wash sink in the Secure Storage room, WC and Take Away
Food & Drink Outlet, and Disabled Toilet etc… will be added to this plan.
5.1. EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS
The existing 150mm dia. sewer pipes and an existing Sewer Manhole can be seen traversing
through the subject site, refer to the Existing Conditions Layout Plan refer Sh: 1 of the
Application Drawings, and Figure 9 below. Preliminary discussions have been had with Unity
Water’s Development Services team, in particular Tony Stockman, whereby it has been verbally
agreed with, subject to further documentation being provided (during the construction
documentation process), for two (2) additional sewer manholes to be provided and the existing
150mm dia. sewer pipe to be suitably diverted around the proposed Super Bay 1 building, refer
to the Proposed Site Layout Plan, Sh: 2 of the Application Drawings for the new Sewer Manhole
and diverted sewer pipe locations.
