In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0067) and on behalf of T & J Hodgkinson Pty Ltd we hereby request Council to Extend by Agreement the Current Period (Decision Period) in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Our client wishes this extension for 30 business days to the 8th December

We request this extension to –


  1.  Meet with key staff onsite for discussions regarding access.
  2.  Gain an understanding on what is meant by “More Information” as listed within the Ordinary Meeting Agenda 27th October 2022.

We request Council to agree to this request as soon as possible.
