Additionally, the visitor parking layout has been updated with visitor spaces being relocated due to the
redesign of the communal pool area. All visitor spaces are compliant with AS2890.1 requirements, and
despite being reduced by 1 visitor space to the plans submitted in the DA, are still in accordance with the
Council parking supply requirements.

Conclusion

Based on the above, TTM considers the revised layout of the development to be suitable from a traffic
engineering perspective. TTM trusts that the above information is sufficient to fully address the traffic
