I tried to call but you were not available.

I have had a brief discussion with Andrew Gaffney to fill him in on the matter.

We write in relation to the above  development application.

Due to delays in coordinating newspaper publication, public notification did not commence within the timeframe prescribed by Section 16.1 of the Development Assessment Rules v2.0, and we acknowledge that the application therefore lapsed on 21 May 2025 under Section 31.1(b).

In accordance with Section 31.2, we are now reviving the application within the prescribed 20-day period. We confirm that public notification will commence on Friday, 13 June 2025, and be carried out in accordance with Part 4 and Schedule 3 of the DA Rules. The required notice of compliance will be submitted upon completion of the notification period.

If Council is please able to provide details of the adjoining property owners so we may advise them as required.
