    2. DA Form 1
    3. A full set of engineered plans including constructional details
    4. Design advice from an RPEQ
    5. Proof of the landowner
    6. Owners Consent from the Department of Environment, Tourism, Science &
        Innovation (DETSI)

We look forward to receiving the Confirmation Notice from Council so that we can
request Concurrence Comments from the Department of State Development,
Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDMIP).
