The shopping centre is a single level, internal mall anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and Big W
discount department store (DDS).

There are two main entrance and exit points located at each end of the typical ‘gun barrel’ mall servicing
the anchor tenants and food court area. Fresh food tenancies around Woolworths entrance create a fresh
food precinct.

To the north of the shopping centre, Noosa Civic Emporium comprises 7,056 sq.m GLA of mini-major
tenants. The building is serviced by an at grade car park which provides convenient walk up access to the
tenants located in this precinct.

There is approximately 5,000 sq.m of Commercial/Business uses at Noosa Civic and these can be split
into two main categories – core commercial office uses and non-retail business uses.

     Core Commercial Uses: The core commercial office space is situated to the east of the shopping
      centre and fronts the internal ring road. It currently comprises around 3,340 sq.m of floorspace and
      includes tenants such as Noosa Newspaper, AngliCare, Centrelink, Medicare, IT services, allied
      health professionals and an employment service office. Currently, there are five commercial office
      vacancies which total approximately 800 sq.m.

     Non-Retail Business Uses: Non-retail business uses are made up of banks and comprise around 840
      sq.m of floorspace.
