paragraph (b) of this certificate;

(b) (i) Where eaves or guttering project beyond such boundaries an appropriate easement has been granted as. .
an appurtenance of the parcel; and

(ii) Where that projection is over a road the local authority has consented thereto pursuant to the ordinances
or by-laws as the case may be;
