Please acknowledge this letter as my support for the proposed development at 215 David
Low Way Peregian Beach MCU16/0153 as displayed on the signage at Peregian Village
Market.
I am in favour of the new design for this balance land as it has reduced bulk and scale and
the buildings have been set down and will effectively be screened by the supermarket and
the hotel. There is connectivity between the development's surroundings.
This is one of the last areas to be developed in Peregian and the proposed development
has been respectful of its position in the community.
