Further to Council’s preliminary approval dated 26 February 2020 for the above development
application, we hereby make the following representations in regard to Council’s decision:

Amended Plans

Please find attached a full set of amended plans including a Stormwater Management Plan complying
with the conditions of the Preliminary Approval, namely a plot ratio of 0.45:1 and landscaping in
accordance with Council’s Planning Scheme Policy PSP3 as required by parts a. and b. of Condition 2.
Accordingly, please issue a Development permit with Conditions 1, 2 & 3 deleted.
