Council advises that in accordance with S352 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 the applicant has lodged a change to an application.   The Applicant is seeking to limit the site to which the development application applies and to which a possible development approval may attach to only part of Lot 3 on SP246584 and parts of the road reserves of Hofmann Drive and Walter Hay Drive.
