3. Details of Submission
I (We), make the following submission:We ALL Make these objections to the proposed Development
*Noosa Plan: it is essential that the open space recreation zoning of the site under the Noosa Plan is
adhered to and that only limited short term VISITOR accommodation be permitted.
*Viability: we consider it highly unlikely that the proposed scheme is commercially viable.
*Construction issues: the extensive earthworks will necessitate mass importation of fill material with major,
adverse traffic and environmental impacts.
*Traffic impacts: the additional traffic and the restricted access and egress to the development will
significantly aggravate existing traffic congestion and safety issues and negatively impact the amenity of
Peregian village in the long term. *Services, ecology, water and noise issues.
*Non-compliance with Council requirements: density, site cover, gross floor area and building heights are
all excessive.
