Development Assessment Report
PROJECT URBAN – 20178 August 2020 7.0 CONCLUSION This Development Assessment Report has been prepared on behalf of Lilly Studdock to support a Development Application for Reconfiguring a Lot for a Boundary Realignment in respect of land at 1121 and 1089 Cootharaba Road, Cootharaba, described as Lot 1 on RP902966 and Lot 7 on SP142413. The site is included under the Noosa Plan 2020 and is within the Rural Zone. The proposal is determined to demonstrate compliance with all relevant matters on the following grounds: • The proposal is compliant with all relevant state matters; • The new boundary location improves the existing access arrangement for Lot 1; • The altered boundary does not further fragment/transect vegetation on the subject site; • The altered lot configuration does not prevent the ability of the allotments to be utilised for rural uses; Approval of the proposed Boundary Realignment is warranted.
