SERVICES & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 8 AUGUST 2017

Demand for Community Uses

The site is community owned land zoned Community Facilities under The Noosa Plan. As such,
the site’s primary purpose should be to accommodate community uses. Council’s Community
Development section advises that the site is not currently identified for any sporting or other
community needs in Council’s strategies in the short-to-medium term and they have no objection
to the continuing presence of the RV Stop facility.
