    AND

                      Tourism Noosa Ltd ABN 45 097 924 199

     1.   DEFINITIONS

     Business Plan means an annual plan for the conduct of the operations of Tourism Noosa
    during a financial year to be prepared in consultation with Council and will consist of detailed
     budget financial statements ie statement of comprehensive income, statement of financial
     position and statement of cash flows and key performance measures that link to the Tourism
    Strategy Noosa 2017 — 2022.
    Community Event means an event within the Noosa Shire that is organised by a not-for-profit
    organisation and that primarily has attendance/participation from people who reside within the
     Noosa Shire Council area.
    Council means the Noosa Shire Council.
     Funding or Funds means the amount paid or payable by Council under this Agreement.
     Noosa Shire Council means the local,government exercising powers vested under the Local
     Government Act 2009 and includes the area withinthe boundaries of Council’s authority as
     prescribed under the Local Government Act.
    Tourism and     Economic Development Levy       means the Tourism and      Economic
     Development Levy applied by the Noosa Shire Council.
    Tourism Strategy Noosa 2017 - 2022 is the Tourism Noosa strategic plan.
    Tourism Event means. an event within the Noosa Shire that contributes to the Noosa
    economy and primarily has attendance/participation from people who reside outside of the
     Noosa Shire Council area.
    Tourism Noosa means Tourism Noosa Limited.
