BCC revenue exceeded budget by $10,508, thanks mainly to the establishment of the Noosa
Montessori School lease which brought in more income than previously received for the
demountable building.

Total expenditure finished $7,391 under budget with a total of $8,029 in minor variances items
across the materials and services budget.

It is pleasing to note that the facility’s annual cost to Council has continued to reduce to an all-
time low of just $11,177 inclusive of depreciation and internal charges.
