2. SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
The site was previously used by Sunrise Engineering and Welding. Part of the site was also
utilised by the adjoining bus depot for access and parking. Refer to Figure 2 – Existing shed.

2.2. Site Description
The site has a 21 metre frontage to Project Avenue, with access to the site at the south western
corner of the site. The site is relatively flat and existing on-site parking is informal, with no line
marking. Refer Figure 3 – Subject site.
