In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0120), on behalf of SW Clark & Unique
Mobile Mechanic we hereby notify council that the applicant agrees to an extension to allow the report to go
to council for decision in accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to seek an extension until 18th January 2024.
