In relation to the above application, please find attached updated Landscape Concept Plans prepared by Conlon Group.

The Project Landscape Architect has confirmed the changes to the package include:

  *   Reworking of all the suggested species lists in the package, with the removal of all exotics from buffering areas around the property while still keeping them (about 20% of the total) in the immediate residence gardens for the proposed workers cottage and main residence;
  *   The corresponding materials palette imagery has also been updated as a result;
  *   Species have now also been identified as Native or Locally Endemic, to highlight species used.
