     Dear Sir/ Madame

     Please find attached a Development Application for MCU Code Assessment for a Food and Drink
     Outlet and Shop (existing) at 1/10 Thomas St, Noosaville.

     NB Urban Places Town Planning has been engaged by Ms Tracy Fitzgerald of ‘TTF P/L ATF The Tony
     Fitzgerald Family Trust’, as owner/applicant for the proposed Development to submit a
     Development Application to the Noosa Council under the Planning Act 2016. This application seeks
     approval for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Food and Drink Outlet and
     Shop (existing); on Lot 1 on SP100808 located at 1/10 Thomas St, Noosaville within the ground floor
     of the overall existing Noosaville Plaza complex.

     This application for Food and Drink Outlet and Shop (existing) is made in accordance with the
     provisions of the ‘Noosa Plan 2020’ and requires Code Assessment. This application details the
     development proposal and provides an assessment of the proposed development against the
     relevant code provisions contained within the Noosa Plan 2020.

     Please find the included Planning Report and Attachments as follows:
     -Town Planning Report of Proposed Development - MCU (Code Assessment); including Attachment 1
     Site Proposal & Landscape Plan, and Site Plan.
     -Attachment 2 - DA Form 1
     -Attachment 3 - Company Owners Consent for the making of a Development Application
     -Attachment 4 - Body Corporate Consent & Resolution to lodge Development Application
     -Attachment 5 - Body Corporate Authorisation for exclusive use of common property for Lot 1 to use
     ‘Area A’

     Please advise the relevant Application Fee for payment by the owner once the application is
