Z40770_Change to Approval

The current approval allows for 26 car spaces and 2 motorcycle spaces (~0.5 car
space). While the scheme required 30 spaces, it recognised there were adequate
spaces provided for the intended staff numbers with the balance spaces available for
expected demand from the food and beverage (entertainment) use. The carpark
layout has been adjusted to provide an additional 3 spaces, now totalling 29.

The bicycle parking area for the staff has been relocated inside the building. There are
16 Class 3 spaces provided.



Conclusion
It is respectfully requested the submitted plans and report are substituted as the
relevant approved plans for the current development permit.

It is confirmed this request is considered a minor change and does not result in a
substantially different development.

Please provide reference number and payment will be made.
