Progress of Development Application for a Poultry Farm at 136 Top Forestry Rd
Ridgewood.

There appears to be little progress with the above development application.

At our meeting in February, it was agreed that a period of 3 months was sufficient to progress
the issues that were unresolved relating to the application. This 3 month period lapsed some
time ago, with recent updates to this time frame also lapsing.

Please be advised that if no further response is received by 31 July 2014, officers will report
the application to the August round of Council meetings for a decision based on the
application material currently before Council.
