of the Survey was $23,000.
Risks & Opportunities
The Community Satisfaction Survey of Noosa residents provides valuable information about the
quality of Council’s services, the community’s satisfaction with Council’s services and changing
community expectations. This information assists Council to not only identify areas where services
can be improved and how resources can be efficiently allocated, it also assists Council to better
understand changing perceptions of the community and emerging issues. The risk of not
undertaking the survey is that Council services are not aligned to the needs of the community and
valuable Council resources are not allocated effectively.
Consultation
External Consultation - Community & Stakeholder
The Community Satisfaction Survey surveyed 400 Noosa Shire residents and was also available
for completion on Council’s website.
Internal Consultation
