The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Handrail
The submitted plans do not include any detail indicating the inclusion of a handrail on the proposed jetty structure. AO19.8 of the Noosa Council Waterways Works Code requires at least one rigid handrail to be fitted to the walkway.
Information Required
Please amend the plans to include at least one rigid handrail on the walkway in accordance with the Noosa Council Waterways Works Code. As a minimum, Council generally accept a handrail for the first 4.0m of walkway.

The due date for providing the requested information is 07 February 2022. Email your response to [email protected]. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
