Issue – Car parking
The proposed use intends to provide 3 car spaces. The Noosa Plan requires 10 on site car spaces based on the use area.
Information Required
Please provide further information in regards to the available carparking on site for the users and operators of the business and how the use will provide adequate carparking with regard to the proposed operating hours of the business and the adjoining tenancies within the site. Carparking is to be provided in accordance with Australian Standards for Off-street Carparking. Note, it is unlikely for Council to be able to support the development with only the 3 proposed carparking spaces.
Issue
On site bicycle parking spaces have not been provided within the proposal.
Information Required
2. 	Please provide details of onsite bicycle parking spaces for users and operators of the proposed business.
