Advice Agency Referral – Material Change of Use (Impact Assessable) for a Telecommunications
Facility (Service & Utility Type 3 Tower) located at 249 Schreibers Road, Cooran QLD 4569 (Lot 12
on RP883248)

Please find attached a development application for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use
(Impact Assessable) for a new 40 m high monopole (telecommunications facility). Powerlink is triggered
as an Advice Agency for the following reasons:
    • The premise on which the proposed facility is to be located is subject to a High Voltage Powerlink
        easement (Easement A on RP136904);
    • The proposed route for the power supply to the telecommunications facility will cross the
        Powerlink easement; and
    • NBN Co proposes to undertake trenching works to install the underground section of the power
        supply to the proposed telecommunications facility.

Enclosed is the following:
   • Completed Development Application (IDAS) Forms
   • Planning Report including the development plans and attachments
   • Acknowledgement Notice (dated 30 April 2015)
   • Owners Consent
