             Extensions will only be granted where significant progress has been made toward the completion of the
             permanent dwelling.


7   Term of approval

    (1)   The term of an approval commences on the date the approval is granted and expires on
          the next 30th day of June, unless otherwise specified in the approval.

    (2)   An approval expires at the end of the day for expiry specified in subsection (1).

8   Term of renewal of approval

          An approval that is renewed expires on the next 30th day of June, unless otherwise
          specified in the renewal.
