NOISE LEVEL IMPACT

The closest residences to the subject site (and separation distance from the closest part of the subject
site) are as follows (as determined from site visit and Queensland Globe):

•    west, on the eastern side of Ferrells Road, approximately 470 metres;
•    east on the northern side of Nandroya Road, approximately 430 metres;
•    south-west on the eastern side of Ferrells Road, approximately 355 metres.

All other residences are set back further than the above residences. Compliance with the noise limits at
the above closest residences would also result in compliance with the noise limits at all other residential
premises.

Detailed below is the noise level impact to the closest residences to the west, east and south-west.


Closest Residence to West

At the closest residence to the west, on the eastern side of Ferrells Road, the noise level impact of the
different noise sources are as per Table 3.
