In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU18/0102.02), on behalf of Bounce Hostel
Noosa Pty Ltd ATF The Bounce Hostel Unit Trust, we hereby notify Council that the applicant wishes to stop
the current period pursuant of the Planning Act 2016.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to further stop the current period to the 27th October 2023 to
provide Council with traffic data as requested.
