RE: CHANGE APPLICATION OF EXISTING APPROVAL OPW21/0250 AT 2 PEARSONS ROAD, COOROY

Please find attached the following as requested:

  *   Bax Engineering Drawings with RPEQ Signature

The attached drawings show the new 1050 diameter manhole and the revised bioretention basin retaining wall alignment. Please note the 1050 diameter manhole was discussed previously as there was at the time a shortage of RCP Pipes.

With regards the bioretention basin retaining wall this was re-aligned to suit the stormwater alignment as per above. The area of the bioretention basin will remain as per the approved area.
