Attention : Assessment Manager.
I have noticed your board up with the proposed changes to this Coles area in Noosa Junction.  I just wanted to have my say in regards to this.
I feel the improvements to the bowls club area would not enhance the area.
- The feel of a concrete jungle, we need the green trees to be kept.
- The noise factor with trucks and car parks
- Too close to Pinaroo Park , where our family regularly go to see the black cockatoos feeding and drinking. Koalas are still sighted here also.
- The proposed road will direct all traffic away from the already existing Sunshine Beach Road.
- More empty shops in the junction , as the retail focus will move to be near the Coles area.
- This will create more camper vans to stay in the area, as we have this happening already.
- Another tavern and bottle shop ? We already have many in the junction. Do we need more ? Too noisy and more drunks !
- As an owner /operator food retailer in the Noosa Junction for over 3 years, I feel the addition of more shops could easily make trading more difficult than it already has been.
- Having been a resident in the area for 8 years. I feel we must not let this application  go through without careful consideration.
