In relation to the abovementioned development application and Council’s Decision Notice dated 8th May 2025, on
behalf of Agiato Nominees Pty Ltd we hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending the appeal period in
accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that representations in relation to the Conditions of the Decision Notice will be submitted in
accordance with s.75 of the Planning Act 2016.
