2.     SITE DESCRIPTION

The subject property contains a total area of 6.05ha and is located on the western
side of Wilgee Court and Lake Macdonald Drive, and to the north of Blue Wren
Court.

The property has been largely cleared of wooded vegetation and contains no
structures. The land is flat to undulating with two drainage lines traversing the
property.

Wilgee Court, Lake Macdonald Drive and Blue Wren Place are all formed bitumen
roads with kerbing and channelling in place.

A sewer line traverses the property and is contained within Easement A & B on
SP176952. Electricity, telecommunications and water services are available from the
frontage of Wilgee Court and Lake Macdonald Drive.
