Friday, 16 July 2021 Our Ref: 20281 / Office: Sunshine Coast Council Ref: MCU21/0033 NOOSA COUNCIL PO BOX 141 TEWANTIN QLD 4565 ATTENTION: Patrick Murphy Dear Patrick, REPRESENTATIONS ON DECISION NOTICE - MCU21/0033 31 BOTTLEBRUSH AVENUE, NOOSA HEADS LOT 16 ON RP88934 Further to Council’s Decision Notice issued for the above development application, we make the following representations in regards to Council’s approval. In order to address this issue we would suggest that the condition be amended as shown below. Please note that any new text is shown in bold and any text to be removed is struck through: “Where windows overlook or have the potential to overlook the private open space of nearby properties or view into habitable room windows within 10 metres:- a. windows are to have a sill height of not less than 1.7 1.5 metres above finished floor level; and or b. windows and doors use translucent glazing to obscure views fixed translucent glazing be applied to any part of the window below 1.5m above floor level; or

We believe that the amended condition will deliver the outcomes that Council are seeking and will ensure that the development provides a good level of privacy for adjoining properties.
