We act for the Appellant in the above appeal to the Planning and Environment Court.

Under s230(3) of the Planning Act 2016 (the Act), we give you notice that the Appellant has appealed
against the decision of the Respondent as particularised in, and on the grounds set out in, the attached
Notice of Appeal filed in the Planning and Environment Court at Maroochydore on 31 January 2023.

Take further notice that pursuant to s14(1)(b) of the Planning and Environment Court Rules 2018, you
are the Respondent for the appeal and are entitled to be heard as a party to the appeal. If you wish
to be heard on the appeal, you must, within 10 days after being served with a copy of the Notice of
Appeal, file an Entry of Appearance in the approved form, and serve a copy of the Entry of Appearance
on the Appellant.
