We note that this application is associated with a show cause notice from Council dated 9
November 2020, copy attached. This resulted in a change application being lodged to amend
the previously issued referral agency response to allow for a second access to this property.
Amended referral agency response issued by Council on 11 August 2021. The purpose of this
application is to formalise Councils approval of the already constructed driveway access.

We understand the fee associated with this application is $551. Can you please confirm
