4. Site Visit
The consulting arborist liaised on site with Michael Lyell on two separate occasions. An initial walkthrough
of the site was performed to discuss the scope of the project with Michael Lyell on the 26th of March 2025.

A second preliminary site visit was conducted on the 27 th of May 2025 with potholing conducted to
investigate and visually observe the presence of active roots along the proposed driveway alignment.

Inspection data was captured upon the day of this site visit for the addition to the arborist report/impact
assessment.

5. Supporting documents and Information
The following Documents and information were provided by Icon Building Designs and Ingeniir C/o Urban
Town Planning.

 1.                Proposed Site Plan. Ground Floor, Driveway and crossover to Clipper Street.

 2.                First Floor Unit Plan with set back from the boundary.

 3.                Vehicle Manoeuvring diagrams.
