Issue
The submitted landscape plan does not include sufficient detail.
Information Required
Provide a Landscape Plan prepared by a suitably qualified landscape architect or landscape designer, drawn to scale and setting out the following details:
details of existing underground and overhead services including water, electricity, gas, telephone, sewer, stormwater, manhole covers, sewer vents, drainage pits and overhead power lines;
planting schedule of vegetation proposed to be planted and maintained, including botanical and common name of plant species, number of plants of each species to be used, details of the minimum size at planting, spacing of plants, and estimated tree canopy spread;
proposed method of preparation and mulching of planting beds;
proposed surface and edging treatments; and
proposed methods of drainage.

Issue
The proposed English Box Hedge is not supported on Council’s road reserve.
Information Required
The landscape plan/submitted material must not include the proposed English Box Hedge and must include 2 street trees. The trees must be located to not impact upon the sight lines of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
due date for response to information request
The due date for providing the requested information is 2 October 2019. Please advise Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the Development Assessment Rules.
If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of your application.
