Noosa Car Parking Study 2017 - 2032
Final Report
Observed parking demand via the aerial survey suggests that carparking within the Cooran study area is
currently underutilised, with a carparking utilisation rate of 22%. This is within the range of observation survey
parking utilisation (8% - 33%) and in line with the average observation survey utilisation at 22%. This indicates
that existing parking supply generally has capacity to cater for additional on-street parking demands.
