Noosa Car Parking Study 2017 - 2032
Final Report
Parking utilisation based on the aerial imagery survey suggests that carparking within the Hastings Street study
area is currently within the target utilisation range of 70% to 90%, with a carparking utilisation rate of 78% overall.
This value is lower than the range of the observation survey utilisation (80% - 100%) and, therefore, lower than
the average observation survey utilisation of 93%. As such, it is expected that carparking utilisation within the
Hastings Street study area is generally higher than the target of 85% utilisation.
