Street (Douglas Street - Henderson Street) indicating a utilisation rate of 65%, while Duke Street (Henderson
Street - Bryan Street) indicates a utilisation rate of 100%. The aerial imagery survey parking utilisation is within
the range of the observation surveys (50% - 93%) and in line than the average observation survey utilisation at
83%.


3.10 Tewantin

3.10.1           Parking Environment
The Tewantin study area is shown in Figure 3-25. Parking immediately adjacent to the park is 10 to 15-minute
or 2-hr parking, while parking along Poinciana Ave is mainly 1-hour parking. 2-hour parking lots and 3 to 4-
hour parking lots are present off Doonella Street, while unrestricted parking is available on the northern side of
the study area.
