    REFUSAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR SERVICE & UTILITY TYPE 3 (TOWER) AT 244
    TABLELANDS RD, COORAN
    That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 5 be referred to the General Committee
    due to the majority of Councillors declaring conflicts of interest resulting in the Planning and
    Environment Committee not having a quorum.

    That Council note the report by the Manger Development Assessment to Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 9 February 2021 regarding waiver or partial waiver of
    development application fees for 1 July to 31 December 2020 as detailed in the report.
